LECTURE ON THE HARMONISATON OF OHS LAWS
Since January 1 2012, Queensland has operated under the new nationally harmonised Work Heath and Safety legislation. This short course is intended to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the key differences and changes from the previous legislation.
Any persons seeking to gain a basic understanding of the new Work Health and Safety legislation (Act and Regulations), and how it applies to the workforce.
This lecture is delivered over two hours.
