Aluminium Mobile Scaffold Awareness Session

Course Objective:
The aim of this training product is to provide participants with the theory and practical knowledge required to safely erect and dismantle aluminium mobile scaffolding. This is achieved by the participants receiving training and instruction in the following areas:
- Understand the obligations of employers, employees and suppliers of plant under legislation
- Hazard identification and risk management strategies for aluminium mobile scaffold
- Inspect scaffolding/equipment
- Plan and prepare for erecting and dismantling of aluminium mobile scaffold
- Erection and dismantle of aluminium mobile scaffold in accordance with statutory authorities’ requirements, relevant Australian Standards and manufactures specifications.
Course Prerequisite:
Participants are advised to hold basic numeracy, literacy and communication skills to read and comprehend written instructions.

Assessment: There is no assessment for this course. Upon completion participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
