Lost Blue Cards

Should you misplace your General Safety Induction (Blue Card) we will be happy to provide you with a replacement Blue Card provided you have completed your General Safety Induction course with one of our CSTC Branches.

To apply for a Replacement Blue Card please contact your nearest CSTC Training Centre.

Please note: A fee of $25.00 will be incurred for a replacement card.
