Our Purpose
CSTC's purpose is to ensure the building and construction industry's long term investment in the workforce through maintaining a commitment to the training and ongoing development of industry workers. CSTC encourages individuals to achieve the highest level of skill and knowledge possible in their chosen vocational area, therefore resulting in improved self esteem, personal growth, employment opportunities, safety into the workplace and quality of life.

We are an organisation that continually strives to achieve the highest possible standards of education, training and consultancy services specific to the building, construction and other related industries.

Online Learning
CSTC are pleased to announce the introduction of online learning to our delivery method for Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Online delivery provides learners the flexibility to undertake learning when and where they choose as long as you have internet access, click here for further information.
Subsidised training
CSTC can offer a subsidised fee on many of our courses through various funding sources click here to check if you are eligible for funding.

30765QLD COURSE IN DEMOLITION THEORY AND APPLICATION - CSTC DELIVERY
To all of our valued clients who have enquired about the expiry and delivery of course 30765QLD Course in Demolition Theory and Application, CSTC will continue to schedule this course as Workplace Health and Safety Queensland are looking to extend the current accreditation period, which currently ends on the 7th of August 2013.

HSR TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Health and safety representative (HSR) training requirements
During 2012:
Health and Safety Representatives who had completed the 30630QLD Course in Functioning as a Workplace Health and Safety Representative course, were required to complete a bridging course (covering provisional improvement notices, cease work and a legislation update) in order to continue to exercise all the powers vested in them after 31 December 2012.

CSTC are the proud winners of The Construction Training Centre Award for Private Registered Training Organisation of the Year 2011 at the Construction Skills Queensland Excellence Awards.
